No seriously i have been a full time designer maker for nearly 6 years and do put lots of love and care into all my makes

All items are made by myself and are fully checked before postage but if for some reason they reach you in a damaged state please contact me for either a full refund or replacement .

I post all items by first class post and retain proof of postage for each package .

All packages are posted within 3 working days unless it is a special commission in which case i will contact you with full details of the time it will take to make your item .
