Payment & Postage:-
All items are sent by second class recorded delivery. Any overcharged postage will be refunded.
Items will be sent within 3 working days of payment being received. I try to re-use as much packaging as possible so your item may well arrive in a reused box or jiffy bag. I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit nor for delays caused by Royal Mail.

Refunds & Exchanges:-
Please contact me within 3 working days if you are unhappy with your item. You will be responsible for return postage (non-refundable) and the item must be in its original condition.

Custom orders cannot be refunded as these are made to your specifications.
