payment:
i accept payment through paypal. you can use your paypal account or pay with a credit card through paypal. if you do not make an immediate payment, i will get in touch within a couple of days of ordering to see if there was a problem. if you have not made your payment within 4 days, the transaction will be cancelled.

shipping:
i try my very best to post out orders as soon as i can, but please be aware that, due to work commitments, your order may not be posted until a few days after your purchase. if your order isn't going to be posted more than three days (excluding weekends) after you buy, i will get in touch.

please let me know if you'd like your item shipped out sooner, & i will try to accommodate this.

i will ship to the paypal address provided unless notified otherwise.

i try to cover postage, packaging, plus my folksy/paypal fees in my shipping costs. the cost of the item itself covers production of chosen item. this is just to make things easier on my end when it comes to calculating costs. i do my best to keep postage as low as possible whilst providing a good service.
