Meet the maker hello DODO

hello DODO is Ali and Jam, a couple based by the seaside in Brighton. Their one aim is to make people smile!

Ali and Jam met at University in 2004 where they studied Photography and Graphic Design. Although at the time they had very different ideas creatively, they bonded over a mutual love of the design genius Alan Fletcher. Oh, and spicy food. Six years later hello DODO was born.

hello DODO are self-taught screen printers, designing and printing everything themselves from their tiny flat. With a little help from their third partner 'Preston' (their homemade printing press) they create original, fun and clever prints, perfect to brighten up any home.

As well as producing magical amazing lovelyjubbly screen prints, hello DODO also creates great greetings cards, tote bags, badges, collages and digital prints.
