WoollyLakes is based in the beautiful Lake District, Cumbria, UK where the lakes, mountains and surrounding countryside give us constant inspiration.

This small home-based business tries hard to use as much recycled, re-purposed and upcycled materials as possible to make unique gifts and accessories. Many of the items being made from recycled jumpers, sweaters and scarves and even hessian feed sacks!

RETURNS: If items are lost in the post, I will consider giving a refund, after a reasonable amount of time has passed, to allow for postal delays.

I will accept returns if contacted within three days of you receiving the item. Items must be in the same condition as when sent.

SHIPPING: All items will be shipped by First Class Royal Mail for inland UK. I try to use recycle packaging where possible.
