With a love of bright, eye catching design, the products are inspired by a passion for exploring colour combinations, textures and shapes, while giving the traditional skills of crochet and knitting a new lease of life in the modern day.

Payment -
We accept payment using Paypal or credit card via Paypal (you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card). Please submit payment on completion of checkout.

Shipping -
We aim to ship items within 2-3 days of receipt of payment and will obtain proof of postage. All items will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon and securely packaged in padded envelopes or mailing bags as necessary.
In order to keep postage costs as low as possible most orders within the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class post, which aims to deliver within 2-3 days although it could take longer. Heavy or bulky orders may be sent using a courier which aims to deliver in 2 days. Orders outside the UK will be dispatched by Airmail which aims to deliver to Western Europe within three days and Eastern Europe within five working days. Delivery to the rest of the world should take five to seven working days. However these timings are just a guide so we appreciate your patience in the event of unforeseen postal delays.
If you require recorded delivery please contact us prior to making your purchase for pricing.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and exchanges -
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days to resolve your problem. In the event that you return an item, you will receive a refund and will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. If you suspect your item has been lost in the post please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
