For years now I've had a love for plushies and all things cute. I am also addicted to amigurumi and love them too. I LOVE cute things! I still have "toys"... but they're not exactly toys, more collectables. As I work full time I don't get to spend as much time as I'd like crafting but I love making items and this website helps me satisfy my creative urges. :)p>

Away from crafting I enjoy video games (Nintendo DS and Wii) and love animals especially cats, rodents, meerkats and penguins.p>
Payment

I only accept payment via paypal.
Please ensure to pay asap as your item will not be shipped until your payment
is received via paypal. I will convo you as a gentle reminder if I have not
received your payment. :)
If you wish to cancel an order placed please contact me asap.

Shipping

UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using "Royal Mail 1st Class Post" which
can take about 1-3 days to arrive. If you would prefer me to use "Royal
Mail Recorded Delivery" (this means on receipt of your package you will
need to sign for it) this can be arranged at an extra cost, just contact me
first.
Overseas Shipping
Overseas orders are shipped using "Royal Mail Airmail". (Please note
Airmail can take several days for delivery so please allow 1-2 weeks when you
place your order).
All items are shipped in jiffy bags to help keep them secure for shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order I do offer refunds. Please read these
terms and contact me before taking any action in returning your item.
- Item must be returned within three days of receipt.
- Item must remain unopened and in the same condition as sent out.
- The buyer must be responsible for postage on returning the item and the paypal
refund will only cover the cost of the actual item, not the postage.
Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that the Plushies at Cute Designs are considered more as collectables
for adults rather than toys for young children.
