HOLIDAY SHIPPING
I will ship smaller orders when possible, but normal shipping will resume around January 9th 2012. Please contact me if you need your items quickly. PDF orders will be fulfilled as normal.

NOW WITH FREE UK SHIPPING
I have changed my Folksy store to offer free shipping to UK buyers only. If you live outside the UK or wish your order to be sent to an overseas address, please contact me for a custom listing.

Order Shipping
I ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. Large orders and Recorded Delivery may take a little longer. You will receive an email from Folksy once your order has shipped.

UK orders are usually sent First Class which arrives in 1-3 days but can take up to 21 days in extreme cases. Larger orders may be sent Second Class.

If you have any special requests, especially about urgent orders, please message me as I don't always check the PayPal notes until shipping day.

PDF Orders
If you have ordered a PDF zine, a link to download the files will be emailed to your PayPal email address within 48 hours of ordering. If you would like it sent to another address, just send me a message.

Shop Policies.
I only accept PayPal. If you have any problems at all with checkout or payment let me know and I will do my best to help you out. Please keep your Folksy and PayPal address information up to date. If your order has two different addresses, I will use the address provided by Folksy. Please inform me of any issues with your address.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order is not confirmed until payment is complete. If you wish to secure an item but are unable to pay immediately, please contact me so I can keep your item/s aside. Most items are available in multiples so there's really no urgency.

Paypal payments using e-Cheque (bank transfer) can take up to 10 days to clear - you order will not be shipped until payment is complete. Please check your PayPal account for more information. I do my best to hold your items until the payment clears but this cannot be guaranteed.

If a product becomes unavailable for any reason I will offer you an alternative or a full refund.

Problems and Returns
If there's a problem with your order, or you wish to return it, please contact me as soon as possible. Items can be returned in unused condition within 7 days or receipt for a replacement or refund. I would appreciate the opportunity to rectify any issues before you leave negative feedback. I'm always happy to help!
