About me
Hello. I'm happiest when I'm doing something involving wool - knitting, crochet, cutting up and recycling woolly jumpers or just trying new ideas out. I've spent the last couple of years selling my accessories in the lovely old covered market at Greenwich, and Folksy is a new way of selling for me, so thank you for dropping by.

About my designs
I use combinations of yarns, different stitches and techniques, as well as scraps of recycled fabric, to create accessories that are unique and wearable. I don't think it should cost a fortune to express your individuality, either, so I try to keep things affordable. In my shop you'll find light scarves and pretty knitted necklaces for summer, and cosy neck warmers, super soft cashmere wristwarmers, and chunky knit hats for when the days turn cooler. I hope you find something you like. And if the colours aren't for you, or you need something in a different size, please ask.

I love wearing accessories that you don't see on other people, and being part of the handmade revolution goes hand in hand with that. Long Live The Revolution!

Payment
Payments on Folksy are made using PayPal. If you don't have an account, it's easy to set one up. If you'd rather not register with PayPal, you can pay using a debit or credit card on the PayPal site – they'll tell you how to do it.
Your order's not confirmed until payment is complete, so if you're having problems using PayPal, please let me know so I can try and help. Any orders that aren't paid for within 5 days will be relisted.

Shipping
Once payment has cleared, all UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail First Class mail. This usually takes 1-3 days, but it can take longer. International orders will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail, which takes 5-14 days approximately, depending where you are in the world. If you've ordered a bespoke item, I will give you an estimated despatch date.

Refunds and returns
If there's a problem with your order or you want to return it, please contact me as soon as you can. Items can be returned for a replacement or a full refund, including original p&p, within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is your responsibilty though. I'd like the opportunity to rectify any issues you have – I want you to be happy!
