Great to see you here - welcome to my WendyElf shop!
Creating in wood, wool, and material I specialize in unique and often quirky pyrographed (wood burnt) wooden goodies.

About Me
Born and bred in the wonderful North of England, in the wet and wonderful Lake District, I now live and work in our capital city. My secret garden, the allotment, provides me with the wonderfully inspiring energy of nature, and the sound of young laughter makes me continually grin. Part of my day is spent working in an inspiring primary school where I am a teaching assistant (its a 'first name' policy school, and is the friendliest happiest place to be!). The rest of my day is dedicated to creating in my lovely home studio. Bringing a few of my different skills together - pyrography, woodcrafting & my background in design, I love creating something uniquely different!
I welcome inquiries regarding commissioned orders, and artistic collaborations.

Method of Payment

I accept payments by Paypal. A Paypal account is not required, as when you click the 'Pay Now' button, you will be given the option to pay using your regular credit or debit card.

Postage and Packing

All of my wooden items are made to order items, and as such please allow 6 days from receipt of payment to handcraft your item. All items are lovingly packed and posted using Royal Mail first class post.

Customised items

I am happy to work on bespoke items - contact me and we can talk about it!

Please allow 6 working days for any customised or made to order wooden items to be made. If you especially need an item to arrive in time for a specific date (wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc), please contact me - we can then make sure your lovely item is posted in time. They will be beautifully packed and sent out to you by first Royal Mail first class post.

When you receive your item I would be grateful if you leave me some feedback, then I can rest easy knowing Royal Mail have done their job!

Refunds and Returns

It's really important to me that you are happy with your purchase! Any problems with your item, I offer a full refund - however please contact me within 2 days of receipt. For any problems, there are solutions!
You will be responsible for your return postage costs.
