SHOP POLICIES

General

W O L L I E S are suitable for adults who are children at heart, or for real children 10 years and over. However, please bear in mind that they are not child safety tested, although every care has been taken to make sure any pins are securely attached.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal but if you don’t have a Paypal account, no worries! On Folksy, you can just fill in your card details to make a payment without having to spend half the afternoon fiddling around setting up an account. Generally if I have not received payment for an item within the week, the order will be cancelled and the item relisted.

Shipping

After all this, your W O L L I E S items will be placed into their warm little parcel (with a peanut sandwich to keep them busy during the journey) and sent to their destination as soon as order and payment are confirmed. For UK customers : parcels sent by First Class Royal Mail, arrival within 5 days after order confirmation. For overseas customers: parcels sent by Airmail, arrival 5-7 working days after order confirmation. Any orders processed at weekends will be dispatched on Monday.

Refunds and Exchanges

Catastrophe! You ordered a W O L L I E S and on receiving it you change your mind and decide that its not the blue version you wanted but the pink. No problemos, if for some reason you do happen change your mind about an order or are not satisfied with the item you received, just drop me an e-mail to let me know and we can find a solution!For refunds: please keep in mind that I do not offer refund on postage.
