Hi and welcome to my shop featuring hand knitted and crocheted baby garments.

Everything you see has been carefully handcrafted by me using traditional methods without the use of machines. I use top quality yarns in my knitwear ensuring a garment that not only looks good but will wash and wear well which I feel is so important with baby clothing.

I offer a wide range of items all of which make great gifts for baby showers and baby's homecoming. My aim is to offer the traditional along with modern trends and also some of my personal favourites. Anything you see can be produced in an alternative size, material or colour at a price to suit your budget so please do get in touch if you would like to place a custom order.

Payment:
I am happy to accept payment through Paypal or UNCROSSED postal orders. Please pay within 7 days, if this is a problem please contact me. If after this time I have received no contact from you the order will be cancelled and the item relisted.

Postage:

All items are in stock and will be posted the next business day from receiving cleared payment. All items will be sent wrapped in acid free tissue paper complete with care instructions. Your items are then well packaged in commercial moisture proof shipping envelopes. I post first class from the UK and obtain proof of postage for all packages. Items are posted to the address provided by PayPal unless other arrangements have been made. If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent straight to the recipient please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges:

STOCK ITEMS: I take great care over the making, storage and posting of my items and want to give my buyers a positive shopping experience. In the unlikely event that an item is defective or you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to return it in original condition for a refund of purchase price upon receipt. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.

CUSTOM ITEMS: Custom knits are by nature customer-specific and as such are unlikely to be suitable for another buyer. I take great pains to ensure that the consultation and design process is suitably thorough before embarking upon a custom project therefore it is not possible to offer refund or exchange on these items.
