My name is Tamsyn and I’m a multi-media artist living and creating in my favourite corner of the world, The West Country. Ever since I can remember I have always loved making things, you could say it’s more of an urge to be creative. I’ve always got a project on the go and at least another two whirling around in my head waiting to be translated into the real world. I love variety and learning new skills and can turn my hand to many different crafts and techniques, but I especially like working with textiles and glass and creating wearable works of art.

Payment
I accept payment via Paypal.
Please ensure you make payment within 3 days of purchasing an item from my shop. Please contact me if you need further information or have any questions.

Shipping
I always check and carefully package your purchase(s) prior to sending and aim to post to you within 2 working days of purchase or as soon as your payment has cleared. I post all packages via Royal Mail First class with a proof of postage. International packages will also be posted using Royal Mail First class using airmail where possible. If your order value is over £50 ($80) I may send it using recorded post, in which instance I will notify you to ensure you will be available for delivery. Delivery times can vary depending on Royal Mail but if you need your purchase(s) in a hurry I can arrange for your parcel to be sent via a faster means, this usually incurs an additional charge, please contact me in the first instance. I will email you to let you know your goodies are on there way as soon as they are posted.

Customers outside of the UK
If you are ordering from outside the UK please be aware of the customs and duty charges that may apply to your country. Once the item is posted any extra charges that may be added are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns
I strive to produce quality items made with love and care and I want to make sure your shopping experience runs smoothly and that you are happy with your item(s). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact me and, if necessary, I can refund or exchange the item. Items will be refunded minus P&P costs if returned within 7 days of receipt and in unused condition with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and proof of postage must be obtained. If an item is faulty a full refund including P&P will be issued but please contact me in the first instance should this be the case. Please contact me if you have any problems with an item as I may be able to help without you having to post the item back. No refund or replacement will be issued unless you have contacted me to arrange a course of action prior to sending.

Colour matches
I try my best to represent item colours as truly as possible, but given my novice photographic skills and variations in screen resolutions, it may not be absolutely spot on. So if you do need to double check, or you don’t see exactly what you’re after, then please do not hesitate to contact me, I’m happy to make bespoke items, send swatches or provide pantone matches.
