My name is Em and I design unique handmade fabric home ware for my online business, Sweet Cotton Threads. I currently design mostly Fabric Pin Boards and Notice Boards but have recently expanded to creating fabric door hangers, aprons and cushions. All of our items are wrapping a strong brown paper and are sent First Class Recorded Sign For Post. Please note our postage costs include packaging too.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item so that we can sort the problem. If you simply change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange for the return the unopened, undamaged item in a saleable condition, and a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the undamaged item. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. If your item has been personalised, and we have made a mistake, a replacement item will be dispatched at no extra cost to yourself. I do ask that you then return the original item to me unused and as received. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on personalised items that are not faulty.
