Payment Methods
I accept payment through Paypal and will ship your item within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

All items are shipped from the UK.
Shipping to Europe usually takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping to the US usually takes 5-10 business days.
Shipping to the Rest of the World can take between 7-15 business days depending on the postal service in your country.
In order to keep my shipping prices affordable, I ship overseas items by International Airmail, this unfortunately has no tracking facility. If you would like your parcel to have a tracking number please contact me before you place your order and I will get back to you promptly with a price.
Items posted within the UK are shipped first class by Royal Mail so should arrive with you within 2-3 days of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase I will gladly offer you an exchange, all return shipping costs however will need to be paid by yourself.
A refund will be offered only in the event that there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty.
If you require a refund or exchange please contact me in the first instance within 3 days of receipt of the item.
