Hello! My name is Kate and I like sewing, baking and all things cute and kitsch! Sew Sweet takes these ingredients and mixes them up with a dash of granny-chic, producing whimsical wonders to brighten up your home!

I enjoy faffing about with felt and ribbons and have a terrible addiction to buttons. I am also utterly obsessed with gingerbread men...om nom nom! I like nothing more than a good natter (particularly over a nice cup of tea and a piece of cake!), so do feel free to drop me a line!

How do I pay for my purchases?

Payment is easy-peasy and made through Paypal, which is safe, secure and doesn't require an account.

Shipping

I dispatch all orders within 3 business days of cleared payment and the shipping price includes postage and packaging. All orders are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail, with the exception of orders over £20 which will be sent by 1st Class Recorded. These will require a signature upon delivery. I obtain proof of posting for every parcel I send.

International orders will be sent using Airmail - please allow 7-14 days for delivery. For peace of mind, I am happy to send items using an insured/trackable service, please contact me before making your purchase and I will send you a revised invoice.

A quick message or feedback would be appreciated so that I can be assured that your order has arrived safely.

Refunds and returns

I do not offer exchanges on my orders but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 28 days from date of purchase to return the item, unused and in perfect condition. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of your order differs from that in which it was sent out. Please contact me before returning an item and either obtain proof of postage or use an insured/trackable method of return. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - I cannot refund the cost of P&P unless the item is faulty.

Please note...

I spend a loooooong time doodling new ideas and wotnot and whilst I hope you are inspired by what you see here, please respect that these designs are mine. I retain the copyright on my items even after sale and all transactions are bound by UK law.

In addition, whilst my items are great for the young-at-heart, they are produced as decorative items and not as toys. They are therefore unsuitable for small children due to the use of small parts.
