Hello and welcome to Ragged Rose Jewellery!

After being a jewellery hobbyist for some time, Ragged Rose was born out of a desire to create items that were a little different and a little more personal to those on the High St.

With a fascination of chainmaille and semi precious gems and all things sparkly, I aim to use the finest quality of all, with the addition of Sterling Silver findings.

As I make all of the items myself, please get in touch if you'd like a particular gem or birthstone incorporated into your piece, the supply of a longer chain or alterations to the piece for a perfect fit, additional charges may arise, depending on the item.

Terms and Conditions!

Orders will be despatched within 3 working days of cleared payment via First Class Delivery at a cost of £1.50 and 50p for any additional item.

Items posted oversees will be despatched as above at a cost of £3.00 and 50p for any additional items. We recommend a trackable service for costlier items with prices available on request.

All items are securely wrapped within an organza or decorative cardboard pouch, which is then secured within a bubble envelope, branded gift boxes are also available upon request

Returns

Should your item be faulty or unsuitable, please contact us within 7 working days after the item is received to arrange a full refund including postage and packaging costs.

All return postage costs remain the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or damaged. It is advisable to use a recorded or trackable method of return as we cannot accept responsibilty for items lost in the post.
