My name is Michelle and I live in North Yorkshire, UK.
I have always been creative and love nothing better than locking myself away from the world in my craft room and designing and making new items. I have recently decided to open this shop "Pink Sherbert" where I will have my handcrafted sock monkeys and lots of other exciting products on sale. I hope you like the shop as much as I do and if you have any requests or queries feel free to contact me.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received within 24 hours of the sale or the item/s will be re-listed and the sale cancelled.

SHIPPING

Pink Sherbert is based in the UK but my items can be shipped anywhere in the world.

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

Please allow a further 7 days for all made to order items.

Uk orders are sent standard first class and take approx 1-2 working days for delivery.Insurance is included.

International orders are sent via airmail and take approx 3-5 working days for delivery. Insurance is included.

All taxes, customs, duties and fees that may be charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your item when it arrives please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the problem. If the item is damaged please contact me to arrange a return & refund.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Please note my owls, sock monkeys and other stuffed creatures are sold as collector/display items and are not toys for young children.

Over time I have developed my own style of sock monkey which I hope you like but please do not copy them or anything else in my shop. Thanks
