Hello!

My name is Helen, and I am "Original Minnie".

I create Special Occasion / Wedding Stationery, Greetings Cards, and quirky Jewellery.

All Original Minnie products are designed and made by me in Lincolnshire, England.

I prefer using recycled / reclaimed / vintage materials wherever possible, reinventing them with a new life and increasing the individuality of the finished items.

I am inspired by the past, and have a particular passion for fashion and textiles. I have loved art and craft for years, and have a BA (Hons) Visual Arts by Negotiated Study.

I aim to continue being creative, developing designs that will be enjoyed and treasured!

All Folksy payments are via Paypal, but don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account - you can still pay for items using a credit or debit card – follow the Paypal instructions on their website.

I now post to customers within the UK and other EU countries!

NOTEPADS, CARDS, & JEWELLERY:

For the UK, items will be posted within 3 days of receiving payment, via 1st Class postage for stationery, and 1st Class Recorded (Signed For) Delivery for jewellery items. Someone will therefore need to be available to sign for receiving jewellery items.

For other EU countries, please contact me BEFORE purchasing an item, and I can tell you how much postage will cost, and then create a custom listing with postage for your country.

WEDDING & OCCASION STATIONERY:

Orders will be made to order and time periods involved will vary for each order. Orders will be posted via 1st Class Recorded (Signed For) Delivery, therefore someone will need to be available to receive delivery. For full terms and conditions please contact me for more details.

~** Packaging **~

All items are carefully packaged, using recycled or reused envelope packaging materials wherever possible.

Jewellery is presented in gift boxes made from recycled paper/card, and posted in padded envelopes for protection.

Greetings Cards are packaged with their envelopes in biodegradable clear bags, and then posted in padded envelopes.

~** Refunds and Exchanges **~

I want you to be happy with your Original Minnie purchase, so if you have any problems or questions please get in touch ASAP.

NOTEPADS, CARDS, AND JEWELLERY ONLY:

If you CHANGE YOUR MIND, and get in touch within 7 working days of payment, and return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, I can offer either an exchange or refund for the original postage and price of the item (excluding P&P costs to return). Please get proof of postage. (N.B. this returns offer excludes earrings, due to hygiene reasons.)

If an item is FAULTY, (including earrings) and you get in touch with me and return it, in its original packaging within 30 days of payment, I can offer you either a replacement, repair, or full refund (excluding P&P costs to return). Please get proof of postage.

Sorry, but in either situation if an item gets lost in the post when you are returning it, I cannot provide a refund or exchange, unless you can provide a copy of proof of postage for the item.

If there are any other problems or questions, please get in touch immediately, and we can discuss the issue.

All items are NOT suitable for babies or young children, due to small parts.

Please note that some items (e.g. brooches) also have sharp parts!

All jewellery metal ‘findings’ are Sterling Silver, including clasps and earring studs/hooks, with the exception of brooch back pins which are either nickel plated or gold plated.
