Payment
Payment is via PayPal. I will dispatch your items within three days of the payment clearing. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way, only a credit or debit card. Payment is expected upon purchase. If you have any difficulties or would like some help with this then please contact us so we are able to help or to send an invoice instead.
Postage
Items will be well-packaged, and posted across the UK by 1st Class mail within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Some made-to-order items have a longer time to dispatch - this will be stated in the item description. Please contact me if you need next day delivery or international postage.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchases, so if there is a problem please send me a message and I will do my best to resolve it.
If you wish to return an item, you can do within 10 days in its original condition. A refund will be issued on return, not including the return postage cost. Please ensure that you request a 'proof of postage' receipt, as otherwise I will not refund for items lost in the post when being returned to me.
