MakingSpace is my destash shop where I sell all kinds of jewellery making supplies, gems, beads plus vintage fabrics, card stock and any other craft related item you can think of!

Terms and conditions in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations

Payment: Please make your payment via PayPal. You do not need a paypal account to use this method as you can simply use a credit/debit card. Once I have received payment I will send you your purchase.

Postage and Packaging: I will post your items to you within 1 working day of payment unless stated in the listing. All items are sent first class delivery. I always obtain proof of postage. If an item does get lost in the post I will issue you with a full refund, including postage costs.

Combined Postage: Please can you make sure you complete all your purchases and pay for them in one go. This keeps your costs down and my PayPal fees too! I may not be able to refund you excess postage paid if individual items are purchased seperately.

Returns: If you don't like the item, you can change your mind and return an item within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me to let me know you plan to do this. I will refund your payment including my postage costs. Unless your item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage costs.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item for a replacement, repair or full refund.

You have a responsibility to ensure the item is returned as soon as possible and in good condition.
