Hello there, and welcome to Kincavel Krosses!

I am Lady Kell of Kincavel and I am an avid cross stitcher. Out of this love of stitching was born the desire to create my own designs... and this became Kincavel Krosses.

All the items you see here are designed and hand stitched by me in a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Everything is finished to a high standard - I will never sell anything I would not happily buy myself.

You may not copy or share the designs
You may change them to your liking for your own use
You may not sell the designs or use them to make up kits
You may sell the finished stitched pieces for charity, but you may not sell them commercially

Payment:
Payment is by PayPal only. Items will be relisted and order cancelled if payment has not been received within three days.

Postage:
All the cross stitch patterns listed are in PDF format and will be sent by email as soon as Paypal payment has been confirmed - this is usually within just a few hours. When a stitched item is ordered, I aim to post all orders withing three working days of receipt of payment. All items are sent by Royal Mail first class.
Multiple orders will be sent in one box. Price includes packaging.

Refunds/Exchanges:
If there is a problem with your order of a stitched item, please contact me and I will be happy to arrange an exchange or a refund for the item. Refunds/exchanges will be sent once the item in question has been returned to me. Postage will only be refunded on faulty items.

If there is a problem with a PDF chart, again, please contact me and I will do everything I can to solve the problem. If you accidentally delete your chart, please contact me and I will be happy to email you a replacement.
