Meet the maker Katherine Thompson

I have been sewing items to sell since I was eleven years old! I now have my own sewing workshop and work from our house which is set in the beautiful Kent countryside surrounded by apple and cherry orchards. I am married and we have two children and very fluffy cat called Tiger. I love patchwork and putting different fabrics together and I also love the whole concept of home comfort and tradition and this is what inspires my work.

About 30% of what I do is bespoke - I don't charge extra for commissions as I find it's a great way of discovering gaps in the market! If you have something in mind, just ask me - as long as it's not curtains (boring!), I'll give it a go! :-)
