Meet the maker Jilly Bird

We pleased to announce that Jilly Bird has been invited by Folksy to take part in this year's Exclusive Design Collection promotion showcasing our Woodland mug.
Jilly Bird was set up in 2012 by Martin Bird and Jilly Adams to showcase their designs and products. Jilly trained as a textile designer, worked as a freelance designer, college lecturer and now Creative Director of Jilly Bird. She has sold her work in Selfridges, London and been featured in Grazia and Timeout.
Martin spent several years living and working in Sweden where he developed a love of Swedish design, architecture and log burners.
‘Our aim is to produce great designs for practical and useful products. We like to ‘Keep it simple stupid’ and love how successful designs are often created with minimum effort.
‘Together we love designing anything from retro prints, whimsical ceramics for kids and Vintage Swedish inspired designs for grown ups!
