Payment

You may pay for your purchases easily and securely via PayPal, using either your existing PayPal account or a credit/debit card. Payment should normally be within 7 days, but please don't hesitate to let me know if this is likely to be a problem, as we may be able to work something out!

Postage/Shipping

All items in my shop are in stock and ready to ship by First Class post. I am at the Post Office most days, but on occasion it might be a couple of days before I am able to get there.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase from Jenny's Bead Box, you may return it (unused, and in original packaging) within 7 days for a refund of the full cost including postage. Return postage will not be refunded, however.
