Additional Information
All of my knitted items have been designed and hand knitted by me from my own original ideas and patterns. This means that each piece is unique, and thus there may be slight variations between pieces, resulting in one-off accessories which simply cannot be achieved in mass-production.

All items are made in a smoke-free environment.

Shipping
I ship within 3 days, after payment is received and I will always let you know if shipping is going to be delayed. I also like to reuse packaging materials whenever possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Airmail normally takes 3-7 working days to arrive but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays at customs etc. If you are worried about your parcel please get in touch as soon as possible! Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

CHRISTMAS IS FAST APPROACHING!

Ordering a gift for Christmas? I make an extra effort at this time of year to get orders shipped as soon as possible, but please remember that my shop is based in the UK - order early to allow time for international shipping!

These are the dates I must receive your online order by so that your delivery arrives in time for Christmas.

3rd Dec: South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), Australia and New Zealand

7th Dec: Western and Eastern Europe, USA and Canada

18th Dec: UK and Channel Islands

I ship everything using Royal Mail first class but I can send items by Recorded Delivery if you prefer. Please contact me for a revised invoice before paying for this option. I am also happy to ship internationally: I use Royal Mail airmail which takes 5-7 days depending on destination. Please note that non-EU customers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Payment
Payment is due within three days via paypal.

Custom Orders
I am happy to work with you on a custom order. If you would like knittage in a different colour or yarn I can customise one of my current designs, although this would obviously take a little longer to make up for you.
