I make handmade jewellery, gifts, photographic greetings cards and notelets from my home in West Berkshire.

Shop Policies
Delivery
All items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class within the UK. I can usually dispatch items within 1-2 working days, therefore you can expect to receive your order within 5 days of purchasing. However I have no control over the Royal Mail(!) so please allow up to 10 days for your items to arrive. If you require a fast or guarranteed delivery service, please contact me and we will sort it out for you.

International orders will be sent via Airmail and delivery times will vary by country, however I will dispatch items within 2 working days.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item within 7 working days from the date of receipt for a full refund (excluding that paid for postage). Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.

Items must be returned within their original packaging and in their original condition in order for a full refund to be given.
