Welcome to FranMade with love!

Everything here is, as you might have guessed, handmade by Fran (that would be me!). I've always loved anything arty and crafty and jewellery making started off as a hobby which quickly took over! I love to experiment with different methods and materials in my jewellery; using semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals, my own handmade polymer clay beads and flowers, or even hand illustrated shrink plastic. Every piece is hand crafted with love and care, so whether you’re looking for that finishing bit of sparkle for a special occasion or just something fun to make you smile, I hope you’ll find it here at FranMade with love. Some of my pieces can even carry personalised messages for something truly unique. Found something the right style but wrong colour? Let me know and I’ll be more than happy to make adjustments or even make bespoke pieces whenever possible, so you get exactly the jewellery you want, made especially for you.

Payment

By PayPal account. Don’t have an account? No problem, you can still pay by debit or credit card, at the checkout once you’ve click on the ‘pay now’ button, scroll down and there should be an option to pay with a card.

Delivery

Items will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving payment, but I aim to post items next day so you get your purchase as quick as possible. All items will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a lovely organza draw string bag before being securely packaged and posted 1st Class via Royal Mail.

Refunds and exchanges

If you want to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. Contact me to let me know and return the item in its original state, unworn and with original packaging. You will be refunded on return of the item, excluding the cost of return postage.
