Deravelled is Gemma, a 30 year old mother of one, with a gorgeous four year old daughter and a very patient husband!! She loves all things crafty, and can often be found buried in a mound of fabric, paper, paint, thread, glue and buttons.

Other things she loves includes days out to castles and stately homes, summer picnics and evening barbecues, parties with lots of cake, log fires, cottages in the country, holidays and the sea.

SHOP POLICIES

Once an item is paid for, it will be sent out within 3 workings days, although in most cases within 24 hours of payment being received (please bear in mind weekends, bank holidays and postal strikes etc).

Once you receive your item, you have 7 working days in which you may return it in its original condition, for a full refund minus postage. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to return it, for instructions.

I post all items out using Royal Mail First Class Signed For, and so someone will need to sign for it upon delivery.
