WELCOME TO MY SHOP!
I live by the sea in North East Scotland and my inspiration for this range of jewellery comes from the beautiful sea-worn pebbles found on our local beaches.
I create tiny smooth pebble-like pieces of fine siver, solid with a nice weight and feel to them, and use these to make pendants and stacking rings. They are natural pebble shaped as well as hearts, stars, flowers and more and can be personalised with initials.
I also love the beautiful colours of gemstones and offer a wide range of stones which I bezel set into hand made sterling silver rings to your custom order.
I use silver clay to make my fine silver pieces which are 99.9% pure silver. The clay is a recycled product so it is environmentally friendly :)
I lovingly design and individually hand create each piece of jewellery with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure you love the piece jewellery as much as I do.
All my jewellery is made from sterling silver 925 and fine silver 999 (unless otherwise stated).
I make each piece of jewellery to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for me to make your jewellery (I work Monday-Friday).If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm dispatch times.

My jewellery is not mass produced or machine made. I individually hand craft each item so there will be slight irregularities and variations from the photos. This is not a fault but adds to the rustic charm of a genuine handmade piece of jewellery. Your item will be totally unique - no one will have exactly the same piece of jewellery as you!

There are slight variations in the colours of natural gemstones, but I always select high quality stones. The photos are a guide, but exact colours may vary according to your computer screen and variations in lighting.

All jewellery is shipped in a Bosie Boutique gift box.

RING SIZES Please state your ring size (UK or USA, full or half sizes) when you order a ring. If you are unsure of your size please get your finger mearured at a jewellery shop as I cannot be responsible if you order the incorrect size.

It is generally recommended that if you are planning to wear more than 3-4 stacking rings together it is like wearing a wide band ring and you may need to go up 1/2-1 size.

I offer a re-sizing service from £5-£10 per ring, please ask for details.

SHIPPING
I charge a flat rate for postage no matter how many items you order.

All jewellery is posted carefully packaged inside a gift box. Listings for multiple stacking rings and necklaces with multiple pendants will be shipped in a single gift box.

Your purchase will be posted within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment to allow time for me to make the item(s). I will obtain proof of posting.

My shipping rates are for Royal mail 1st class post to UK addresses and standard airmail shipping for all other destinations.

I can ship 'international signed for' to destinations outside the UK at extra cost, please let me know if you wish this and I can give you a price.

Please make sure that your Paypal and Folksy information is up to date, as this can delay your order.

Any customs and duty fees incurred due to international shipping are the responsibility of you, the customer.

Delivery time from dispatch is currently 1-3 working days for UK orders, 3-6 working days for Europe and 5-10 working days for international shipping.

Occasionally, severe weather conditions in winter can delay shipping. If this happens, I will keep the buyer informed of any delays.

Occasionally items go missing in the mail. If you have not received your order by 15 days of shipping (UK), 20 days(Europe) or 25 days (elsewhere) please contact me for a refund or replacement.

RETURNS
I want my customers to be happy!

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me straight away (before you leave feedback) and I will try to resolve the issue.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR RING SIZE BEFORE ORDERING - I cannot be held responsible if you order an incorrect ring size!

CUSTOM ORDERS - Rings custom made to size and items personalised with initials will only be refunded if they are faulty or if I have made an error, in which case I will offer a replacement or full refund.

I will gladly exchange or refund any NON-CUSTOM item within 10 days (to allow shipping time) minus your shipping costs. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as bought, with no alterations or damage and be returned in the original gift bag/box/packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, I can only accept returns on earrings in the unlikely event that they are faulty.
