Meet the maker Nicky Hartigan

I am lucky enough to live on the Isle of Wight. Island life is quite different from the mainland, almost reminiscent of the 1950's!

My home is in the country, and within ten minutes of the sea.

Life is much slower on the Island, so I can devote my spare time to creating cards and stationery, which is my passion.

PAYMENT

I only accept Paypal, and payment is due within 24 hours of purchase. You do not need a Paypal account, just follow the instructions at the Paypal checkout.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will cancel the sale. You will be notified via the Folksy contact system and emailed before the sale is cancelled, and afterwards.

DELIVERY

All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Items will be posted (at the latest) by the next working day after payment has cleared. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on Monday. Any orders placed on a Bank holiday will be posted the following working day. If an item is needed urgently, please contact me prior to purchase, to ensure it can be made, and despatched in time.

A standard P&P charge of 0.99p is charged for a single item to the UK mainland. (£1.50 for notebooks). Each additional item, ordered and paid for, in the same transaction, incurs an extra 0.20p per item.

The Postage and Packaging fee includes the cost of all packaging supplied and is not simply the cost of a stamp. Items are packaged in a cellobag and depending on the size and nature of the order, posted either in a hard-backed envelope or box.

Orders will be posted to the address provided by Folksy unless you notify me otherwise at the same time as placing your order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which you can cancel the contract and get your money back, including the original postage and packing charges. However, you are required to pay for the cost of returning the item to me. The item must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
