Payment

My preferred method of payment is Paypal, however I will also accept cheques or postal orders. Private message me if you would prefer to use this option, however items are sent after payment is received and cleared, so Paypal means you will receive your item / items sooner.

International buyers, Paypal only please.

Postage and Packaging

All items will be packaged securely to ensure safe posting of the products. Prints and similar needing to be kept flat will be posted in hard backed envelopes, while bags and other more malleable items will be poster in bubble wrap padded bags. Many items also come in cellophane bags within the outer packaging to protect them further.

All items will be posted either the day the order is received or the following day and will be sent via first class post. International buyers will have the items shipped via airmail.

Custom orders

As well as the personal animal portraits already in my shop, I am also happy to make custom other items, so please send me a message if there's anything you'd like which I don't already have for sale!

Returns

Items are packed securely for safe transport of the products, however, If for any reason your item does not arrive in satisfactory condition then a full refund will be made on return of the un-used item with the original packaging. The refund will be made within 7 days of the item arriving back with me. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Return polices may be different for some custom orders, don't hesitate contacting me if you have a specific query.
