Payments

All payments are due upon purchase. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in your order being cancelled and you will need to place a new order. All payments are cleared through Paypal. Don't have a Paypal account? Don't worry! You can pay using a debit/credit card without signing up.

Shipping/Delivery

All orders are normally dispatched within 2 days and only to the address provided on Folksy. All items are shipped by first class post and I always obtain proof of posting.

Standard Delivery times:
Within the UK - 2 days.
Europe - 5-7 days
Rest of the world - 7-10 days

Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt & return the item within 14 days, unused & with original packaging. Postage is not refunded EXCEPT where the item is faulty or not as described. For your protection I recommend that you use an insured/trackable method of return.
