Hello and Welcome!

A bit about me

I'm Helen and I live in Sheffield with my husband and daughter. I have loved crafting all my life and have tried all sorts of crafts (some with more success than others!). My current passions are polymer clay, crochet and card making.

I craft at home in the time I find between being a busy housewife and mother. I'd love to say I have a studio, but I don't. I craft wherever there's space and tend to spread myself and my bits all over the house!

I particularly love to learn new techniques and never tire of trying new things with both my polymer clay and crochet.

Materials

Everything you see in my shop has been created by me from start to finish. My polymer clay beads, buttons and pendants are unique - I mix, mould and shape the clay, bake, then finish each item by hand (either sand and buff, or glaze depending on the item).
My jewellery findings are mostly silver or gold plated.
Crocheted items are made from a variety of yarns - I use cotton, bamboo, wool, acrylic...... I specify for each item in the shop.

Please note that some items I make contain small parts and are therefore not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Also get in touch if you'd like to purchase something you see in the shop but would like it altered somehow and I'll see if I can help e.g. longer/shorter chain or chain rather than cotton thong.....

I'm here to help you get what you really want, and aim to please.

Payment

Please pay by Paypal on purchase, thanks. (If you don't have a Paypal account they are easy to set up to pay shops etc online. Very useful to have).

Postage and Packaging

My items are appropriately packaged to protect them en route to you. Some items of jewellery come in a jewellery box.

Orders are sent by 1st class post within 48 hours of order. The cost is £2 for the first item plus 50p for each additional item.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me to arrange return or exchange. I am happy to refund the full cost if items are returned within 7 working days of receipt in their original condition. Cost of return post is the buyers responsibility.
