Hello! I am Jacqui Styles, and I am pleased to bring ButtonStop and our range of buttons and other craft supplies to you.

I like to treat people as I would want to be treated:

- Best possible prices
- A single 89p postage charge no matter how many items you buy, covering the cost of a Large Letter stamp and padded envelope packaging
- I pre-sort items to remove items that aren't of the highest quality
- I don't quibble: if you need a replacement or refund you will be given one. I'm old fashioned - the customer is always right
- I look to keep adding new and exciting items
- I post quickly. Items purchased by 2.00 pm are in the post at 4.15 pm. All other items are in the post at 09.00 am the next morning
- I won't continually relist my items to hog the front screens. I'd rather focus on sourcing and listing brand new items.
