I create unusual pieces of jewellery, often with an art slant. I also make other items, like cuff links, fridge magnets, coasters, paper weights and other items that often continue the theme.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please email return@timelessfancy.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
When returning an item, please always use a 'signed for' service. We would strongly recommend your obtaining proof of postage, as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Please Note, any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility.
We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; are in the same condition as when you first bought them; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit, please include original packaging where possible.
Should any item be damaged in transit, please email us at return@timelessfancy.co.uk attaching a photo/s illustrating the broken item.
Please note we do not offer refunds on any earrings for hygienic reasons.
