Buying from me

I will dispatch your Goods the same day if you purchase before 12 Noon. If you Buy after this I will dispatch the following day. Most Orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail, but larger Orders, (above 1kg) are sent with MyHermes. If you are not likely to be in when the Parcel arrives, let me know of a Neighbour or a Safe place, (Behind Bins etc) were we can leave it.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please feel free to return Goods that you are not happy with or have simply changed your mind.
