Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

In the event that any order is incorrect, the customer must notify us within 7 (seven) days after delivery. We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If we made a mistake or if the product is faulty or damaged, the product shall be returned to us at our cost (first class or first class recorded). Upon receipt, we will send a replacement at our own cost. If you wish to return an item for any other reason (unwanted, not as you thought, changed your mind), please put this in writing to us indicating the invoice number. In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay for the postage to return the goods to us as per the DSR. This cost shall not be refunded. If a refund is due, the refund or a credit note (coupon code redeemable on our website) will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) to the cost of the goods returned. Items must be returned as ''re-sellable'', i.e. unopened, not damaged and with the correct quantities. This policy excludes custom order items which are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
