Contemporary jewellery artist Sarah Jones creates jewellery using traditional silversmithing techniques with a contemporary twist. She uses sterling silver, gold, resin, enamel and other mixed media to create her hand made goods.
All items can be made to order if out of stock. If you have an idea for a piece of jewellery in mind, please contact Sarah for more information on her bespoke service.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns & Cancellations
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
In addition to your legal rights: You may return items other than those listed below to discuss a refund or credit note, you must contact me within 14 days to do so. The products must be returned by a signed for, insured service at a cost to the buyer. The goods must be in their original packaging and unworn. Please note that postage and packaging of the item is non refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
Jewellery that fits within a piercing is non refundable unless faulty, due to health and safety legislation.
Faulty Items
SLJDesigns will only accept responsibility for original faults made during manufacture on the items or those that happen during transit. We will not accept responsibility for general wear and tear or mistreatment.
All items are vigorously inspected before shipping and well packaged.
If an item is faulty you must contact me within 14 days of receipt. You may return the item for a refund or repair. Initial return postage must be paid for by the buyer. The product(s) must be returned by a signed for, insured service. If the fault is deemed to be an original fault (one that is made during manufacture or transit) the shipping costs will be refunded in full.
