POSTING
- All UK orders are sent via 1st Class post (This is not tracked)
- Once dispatched arrived between 1-3 working days
- All international orders are expected to arrive between 5-12 working days
- Please note that orders will be posted as normal during bank holidays but it may take a little longer to get to you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
30 days - buyer is responsible for passage of not returned in original condition
