Shipping is by Royal Mail 1st inside the UK & RM Airmail for everywhere else.

International postage usually takes 7-10 days depending on the destination, however times maybe effected by conditions such as extreme weather. Where possible I will inform buyers of any delays in UK. Please let me know before ordering if an item is required by a specific deadline. Upgraded postage available on request at additional cost.

All items are shipped by Friday of the week the order is placed.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please note that items signed with a dedication cannot be returned as they have been customised.
