A company standing of 25 Years in the textiles sector, with our humble beginning as a Knitting company supplying garment manufacturers with knitted ribs and collars. We are originally wholesalers to Garments manufacturers and STILL supply the UK High Street Chains and their manufacturers with Knitted trims and fabrics.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns
Goods [that are in perfect re-saleable condition] may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not accept refunds on Earrings or Headwear for hygiene reasons.
We will refund the payment price to your Paypal account.
In order to return an item, you MUST ENCLOSE A RETURNS FORM: In event of a return, please contact us FIRST so we can mail you the RETURN form. Returns MUST be sent via a secure traceable method and refunds ONLY authorised after goods received and inspected to be RE saleable. Please use the same eBay id as you ordered your goods to correspond.
Returns postage is payable by you.
We would like to advise our customers that you will need to allow up 7 working days for your return to be processed after receipt at our offices. Please be assured that we will ensure that your refund is processed via pay-pal.
Returns Due to a Defect:
Firstly we are very sorry if this happens, but these things do happen despite all the precautions we take; important thing is that we resolved the matter in a speed and satisfactory and reasonable manner which we assure you that we will.
In event a product has arrived defect; please let us know IMMEDIATELY by emailing to us using the same eBay id you used to purchase the goods via the eBay portal only. We will aim to replace the item if a replacement is available in stock. Your Defect item must be FIRST returned before a replacement can be sent. WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL FIRST BEING RETURNED. We will reimburse the returns postage either with a free jewellery gift value usually at higher than the returns cost or reimburse you in full for postage paid.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale and purchase of Goods. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing by both parties. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions shall be unaffected. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of disputes.
