I aim to turn the unwanted discarded into items that are desired and loved

I love the challenge of creating something that has been discarded and see it evolve into an item that is not only beautiful but purposeful. This has enabled me to combine my passion for environmental concerns with my love of art. I am fortunate that I have been able to start a new career which is a 360-degree change from previous career, this has been made possible by the love and support of my family, my husband building me a studio, I do think he had enough of going to work covered in glitter! I am sure everyone thought he was a glam rock fan disguised in his suit.
I love art and have been lucky enough to see up close the work of my idols, Frida Kahlo, Dali, Munch, Picasso. I find inspiration from lots of things the beauty of a shell or stone to the intricate work of texture art. I like to add my own brand of humor to my work which I hope is evident in my Real Cowswives series and my Armstrong man on the moon which is in progress.
I have a small studio in Ongar Essex and welcome any customized orders. As I am a new business I have suggested a five-day dispatch, of which COVID is a factor; but I am yet to see how efficient the parcel services in my area where my studio is located. I only list items that are packed and ready to go. I will update customers throughout the process.

I design and create every item I sell, working independently, so one woman with many hats! I work in mixed media and I like to use more traditional craft practices, currently, I am working a lot with clay and Papier- mache. As the environment is important to me I use as many repurposed materials as possible all of my boxes and packaging are recycled

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns are accepted on all faulty items. Commissioned pieces require a deposit and refunds will be made if the finished item is faulty
