Lumiere candles are made with only the finest ingredients including natural soy wax and essential oils. Each bespoke candle is made to order and we are always happy to hear from customers with regards to individual requirements.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
As all Lumiere candles are bespoke and made to your order, we regret that returns can only be accepted in the unlikely event that the the item is in some way faulty.
