Buying from me
Beautifully handcrafted paper and fabric items to give as gifts or like me you will probably want to keep them all for yourself! High street shops all seem to stock much the same things in, to me having handcrafted and personalised items is what makes a home your home ;o)
All my items are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and are sent out beautifully packaged with a blank gift card.
Personalisation of some items is an option, details of how to personalise an item will be made clear in the item description.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
