And thank you for stopping by my little shop :) I started cross stitching as I needed something to help me switch off and relax. Our lives are often so busy that it can feel a little chaotic! Having something to help quiet the mind and help to relax is so important and for me, cross stitching is that 'something'. It has really helped calm my anxiety and has had a positive impact on my mental health. I wanted to create patterns that are easy and accessible to anyone that wants to have a go at cross stitching; whether you're a beginner or advanced stitcher! I hope you find a pattern you like and that cross stitching helps to bring you a moment of peace in a busy day.
