Honey Cottage Handicrafts is a family business, who design, make and create personal, unique, handmade gifts. Our typical products include union jack cushions, crochet cushions and small gifts such as lavender bags and needlework art. Most of our items are made individually to order - which makes them unique but does mean that it can take about 7 days for you to receive your order. We will always keep you up to date with the process of your order.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
