Beautiful papercuts individually personalised to your requirements.

Once payment is received an email will be sent within a few days asking for the information required to produce draft cut lines, once this has been received draft cut lines will be sent to you to confirm or alter before the actual cut is made.

Please allow two weeks to receive your papercut from the day of confirming the draft cut lines.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Personalised papercuts are non returnable unless faulty. Please note that once the draft cut lines have been approved alterations cannot be made after.
