Welcome to our new range of personalised china giftware. All of our products are sourced and designed by ourselves and fired here in our croft in the North East of Scotland. Our giftware is personalised and dispatched within 48 hours in secure packaging, gift - wrapped, ready for its new home. Each gift is special to us and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
