Hello, I'm Carol and I'm an illustrator based in the South East of England. I love doodling, pugs, peppermint tea and I'm partial to a bit of knitting and crochet too!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I pride myself on attention to detail and creating only the highest quality products, so if your order is anything less than you were expecting please contact me to arrange a replacement/refund.

I send orders via 1st class Royal Mail within 24 hours of receiving payment. If you think your order has been lost in the post, please let me know and I'll re-send it right away.

Please note that anything I have designed as a custom piece for you is exempt from the distance selling regulations and therefore a refund may not be given unless the item is faulty.
